Description
Autonomous transportation cannot really happen without automatic charging, but it seems this area has been largely overlooked. Elinkair developed a suit of devices for automatic charging for eBuses eTrucks and large eVans. Deploying these devices today, even before the autonomous transportation era, has already tremendous benefits - among them: 1) Reducing new fleets cost by 15% due to reduction of traction batteries. 2) Reducing driver's tasks and risks 3) Saving valuable area in parking lots. 4) Reducing TCO for fleets due to reduction of traction batteries
What makes it different
At this time there is competition in two fronts:
1. In direct contact devices there is dominance of very few German companies that produce products that are extremely expensive. Our products, which are patent pending, will be much more affordable to the market. Also, so far, no company has shown a solution like ours for eTrucks.
2. Wireless devices look nicer, but are much more expensive and complicated to install. They require onboard inverters which direct contact devices don't need.
